Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase.

All original tags must be attached, and tights must be in original packaging and not worn or damaged. 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: earrings, gift cards, and any other items marked as "Final Sale."

Returns/Exchanges

Returns for online store credit & exchanges will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $6.00, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Be sure to print a copy of the invoice and include with your return or exchange.

Online Store Credit

Online store credit works like cash and may also be used to purchase gift cards.

Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the online store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

To view your online store credit balance, log into your ollie+byrd account. Your online store credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.
